Vovox

got 2 Vovox cables yesterday and MAN... they're just open and huge sounding
also light as a feather and soft as a pillow
Lavaman's got a real winner
thanks again Mark and Lou

That's good to know, I've been waiting for someone to share their impressions of the cable. Seems like it would be the near perfect blend of tone, plus it
does't coil like barbed wire.

glad to hear my friend. most impressive cable I've heard in a long time, just a nice balance of the right frequencies. added bonus is the handling properties, light weight and interesting look.

The fact that they are just wrapped in that soft cloth material, does that concern anyone about the durability? I feel like if they were even stepped on, it would be bad news. These cables intrigue me, but this is my only concern.

Opinions?

I have been looking for a cable that sounds great clean and overdriven for a long time. The Vovox is it - I just ordered another one today. The Vovox is extremely clean and open sounding, but it doesn't become raspy and harsh with overdrive like most other cables. As Lou said it has just the right balance.

Mark/Lavaman is a great guy to do business with.

I just ordered a 15 footer with a Neutrick silent plug. Cant wait to play with this. I hope it makes a difference tone wise.

I've stepped on them, no issues. I don't think they are any more fragile than most of the other cords out there.
